Dewhurst Torevell were invited to join the NWBLT in 2012 and is one of the smaller companies in the group. Despite our relative size we play an active role within the NWBLT. Most recently Alan Torevell has been responsible for the creation of a computer controlled physical model of the North West coastline for the International Festival of Business in Liverpool to promote discussion about sustainable development and energy production in the North West.
NWBLT also sponsors and administers the annual Lever Prize to stimulate contact and collaboration between the North West’s cultural and business communities. Alan Torevell and Martyn Torevell have acted as judges for the 2013 and 2014 Lever Prizes which were won by Hallè St Peter’s and the Contact Theatre.
